In Yokosuka, Kanagawa prefecture, emergency teams conducted rescue operations for a female resident after a landslide smashed into a house and sent mud pouring into the interior. According to the disaster agency, at least eight houses in Chiba suffered structural damage, with several properties inundated by floodwaters.
