However, following the subsequent US military strikes on Iranian territory, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated on the social platform X that Iranian forces would leave no attack or threat unanswered, warning foreign military forces to leave the region to remain safe. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) described the American strikes as "vicious" and vowed to respond.

Meanwhile, Kuwait and Bahrain also sounded alerts and fired their air defenses in response to drone attacks launched early Wednesday local time.
