According to a statement issued by the Federal Security Service (FSB), the agency accused Telegram's administration of failing to remove "numerous channels, chats and bots" from its platform. The FSB alleged that these tools are being actively used by Ukrainian intelligence agencies, as well as terrorist and extremist organizations, to prepare and coordinate acts of sabotage, terrorism, mass murder, and cyberfraud inside Russia. The security service claimed that the failure to restrict these communication channels has resulted in "numerous human casualties" across the country.

According to the FSB's data, 46 users of this specific dating chat bot, ranging in age from 12 to 22 years old, have been detained across various regions of Russia since July 2025. The authorities linked these detentions directly to the alleged recruitment efforts conducted through the messaging application.
